Review Issue — Parallel Code Review
Objective: Run a tiered set of report-only review agents (DRY, Security, Supportability, Maintainability, Documentation, Convention/Contract, Conformance, Visual Conformance) on the branch diff, run a validity gate, then apply surviving fixes serially; in aggregate mode (batch_id set), review the combined batch diff once — interaction-only (one agent) when every member already passed a full-tier review, the full dimension set otherwise — and push fixes before ONE foreground gate
